Trekking-Wednesdays 8:30 a.m.  (Trekking 14, 28) -  The ups and downs of treadmill trekking can simulate a walk on the wild side.

The pattern of the workout is based on interval training, short spurts of hard exercise followed by periods of rest that help build cardiovascular capacity and muscular strength. Included in the class are light hand weights, working arms and upper body
