TABATA - Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m.
This is a high Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using
the 20-10 Microburst Training. We will use intervals
consisting of 20 seconds performing specifically
chosen exercises at an ultra-high intensity for 20
seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Experience
short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp's training
that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post
metabolic boost.
