Emily Getz, PT, DPT, licensed physical therapist practicing in the outpatient PT setting, will cover some quick tests that can be performed for each individual to assess themselves. Exercises and interventions that can be utilized independently to improve performance and prevent injuries will be shown. There will be time for individual questions and advice at the conclusion of the seminar, as well as the opportunity to schedule a free consultation with the physical therapist.
