Yoga –Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Fine tune your body and mind at the same time while stretching your way to improved health.  You couldn’t do anything better for yourself.

Restorative Yoga - Mondays at 9:30 a.m. Fridays at 8:30 a.m.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes and use the ANUSARA Principles of Yoga: Blending muscular and organic energy for alignment of mind and body and connecting strength, balance and flexibility while allowing the release of muscular tensions.  Please note: there is a fee for this specialized class.  To register contact Janet Lent @ 645-9030 or jmblent@aol.com.

ICT (Interval Circuit Training) – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.

This class takes you into the BIG gym. Grab a circuit program guide and watch for the light to turn green. Each exercise lasts four minutes so push you to max-out. When the light turns red, stop and hit the next exercise on your list. Cardio conditioning is included in this 12-exercise program.

Aqua Fit–Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10:30 a.m.

A class for everyone, especially for those with joint ailments or injuries. Get fit with this fun yet challenging water workout. After a gentle warm-up you'll ease into the exercises using your own body weight and water resistance dumbbells. Class performed in Lagoon pool and weather permitting. Class may be substituted with ICT if bad weather is a factor.

YOGA EXPLORATIVE (CO-ED) – Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m.

Applying the time honored traditions of yoga focusing on muscular & joint pain relief while

Strengthening core/body & spirit. No experience required. This co-ed class is offered to all Oldfield members over 15 without charge

Sculpt and Strength- Mondays 8:30 a.m. and Tuesdays 5:30 pm

Start your week off right with this 45 minute Sculpt and Strength class. Class concentrates on core, strength training, sculpting and definition. All ages and abilities welcome, plenty of modifiers

BLT- Fridays at 9:30 a.m.

No not Bacon lettuce and tomato it’s Butts, legs and thighs. We’re toning and strengthening them using Body bars, resistance balls and bands. All levels welcome and plenty of modification for everyone

All Arm Assault – Fridays at 10:00 a.m.

Here’s your shot at getting the arms you’ve always wanted.  Say goodbye to the “wave” and hello to shapely, toned arms.  Class is 20 minutes and uses light weights, bands and your body weight.

PLUS Abs- right after All Arm Assault. 10 minutes of abdominal exercising, tightening and toning.

Flex and Fit- Thursday 8:30 a.m. NEW CLASS

This class unites stretch, sculpting, strength and sport influenced movements into one unique class. Combined with weights (you decide the strength) kettles, bars and bands you’ll be challenged and inspired. Take it to the level you want, you get what you put in.

Tabata Tuesdays-Tuesdays 8:30

This is a high-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training. We will use intervals consisting of 20 seconds performing specifically chosen exercises at an ultra-high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Experience short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp's training that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost.

Bootybarre Fitness -– Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. Wednesdays 8:30

Bootybarre® is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well-structured class that can be modified for any fitness level

Full-Body Stretch - Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.

This unsung hero of a class is back! Don’t forget that for every good move you perform, it all comes from stretching.  Prevent injuries, relieve tension and improve alignment in this Full-body class.

Mixed Bag of Tricks – Saturdays 9:00 a.m. 

It’s Saturday and what better way to get your weekend started? Mixed bag of Tricks is anything and then some. MBT gives you core, strengthening, sculpting, muscle building, balance and cardio all in a different format every Saturday. Instructors vary each week and bring something different every time. Challenge yourself or stay in your comfort zone, every age and ability welcomed.

Yoga for Golfers - Mondays at 11:15 a.m.

Learn how to improve your golf game and overall fitness with yoga. This class will help you increase your distance and accuracy from the tee by improving your flexibility and strength. You will learn pre-round sequencing for at home and on the course, mid-round sequencing to keep your swing fluid and post-round sequencing.

Nordic Trekking  - Wednesdays  8:45 am

Join us for our new class, as we walk the trails and scenic roads of Oldfield using Nordic walking poles. Benefits when using these poles include:  Burn up to 40% more calories than just walking, Improve range of motion through stability and mobility, Enhances posture and coordination, Longer, stronger strides using more muscles, Produces adaptations to improve agility and balance, Heart and lung conditioning, Reduces stress on joints
