Yoga –Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM

Fine tune your body and mind at the same time while stretching your way to improved health.  You couldn’t do anything better for yourself.


Restorative Yoga - Fridays at 8:30 AM * charge for class

Classes are approximately 90 minutes and use the ANUSARA Principles of Yoga: Blending muscular and organic energy for alignment of mind and body and connecting strength, balance and flexibility while allowing the release of muscular tensions. 


ESP – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30 AM

This class is designed for you to focus on your strengths, increase your endurance and release your power. Classes are ever changing  but easy to follow. We will use a variety of equipment or sometimes just your body weight to get the Best You with a fun twist


Aqua Fit–Mondays, Wednesdays 10:30 AM

A class for everyone, especially for those with joint ailments or injuries. Get fit with this fun yet challenging water workout. After a gentle warm-up you'll ease into the exercises using your own body weight and water resistance dumbbells. Class performed in Lagoon pool and weather permitting. Class may be substituted with ICT if bad weather is a factor.


Balanced Body Restorative Yoga – Mondays at 9:30 AM & Wednesdays at 9:30 AM

60 min class uses restorative/therapeutic yoga poses along with proper alignment stretching.  Improving your balance and releasing your joints will enable more enjoyment of sport activities and life in general. Participation of Balanced Body Restoration may increase bone density and lower blood pressure.


Sculpt and Strength- Mondays 8:30 AM and Tuesdays 5:30 PM

Start your week off right with this 45 minute Sculpt and Strength class. Class concentrates on core, strength training, sculpting and definition. All ages and abilities welcome, plenty of modifiers


Strength Training- Fridays at 9:30 AM

No not Bacon lettuce and tomato it’s Butts, legs and thighs. We’re toning and strengthening them using Body bars, resistance balls and bands. All levels welcome and plenty of modification for everyone. PLUS Abs- right after All Arm Assault. 10 minutes of abdominal exercising, tightening and toning.


Cardio, Core & Sculpt- Thursday 8:30 AM

This class unites stretch, sculpting, strength and sport influenced movements into one unique class. Combined with weights (you decide the strength) kettles, bars and bands you’ll be challenged and inspired. Take it to the level you want, you get what you put in.


Tabata Tuesdays-Tuesdays 8:30 AM

This is a high-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training. We will use intervals consisting of 20 seconds performing specifically chosen exercises at an ultra-high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest.


Experience short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp's training that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost.


Bootybarre Fitness -– Tuesdays at 9 AM Wednesdays 8:30 AM

Bootybarre® is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well-structured class that can be modified for any fitness level


Full-Body Stretch - Thursdays at 9:30 AM

This unsung hero of a class is back! Don’t forget that for every good move you perform, it all comes from stretching.  Prevent injuries, relieve tension and improve alignment in this Full-body class.


Mixed Bag of Tricks – Saturdays 9 AM

It’s Saturday and what better way to get your weekend started? Mixed bag of Tricks is anything and then some. MBT gives you core, strengthening, sculpting, muscle building, balance and cardio all in a different format every Saturday. Instructors vary each week and bring something different every time. Challenge yourself or stay in your comfort zone, every age and ability welcomed.


Trekking - Wednesdays 8:45 AM

Join us for our new class, as we walk the trails and scenic roads of Oldfield using Nordic walking poles. Benefits when using these poles include:  Burn up to 40% more calories than just walking, Improve range of motion through stability and mobility, Enhances posture and coordination, Longer, stronger strides using more muscles, Produces adaptations to improve agility and balance, Heart and lung conditioning, Reduces stress on joints
