Body Blitz – Fridays 9:30 a.m.

This class will challenge and tone all muscle groups as we take you through a full body workout.   We will use our own bodyweight, as well as light equipment. This will be a fast and efficient workout that will burn hundreds of calorie, as always there are modifications for every level!
