Introduction to Thai Chi

Thursdays | 3 - 4 PM | Sports Club Studio | Min: 5 | In this four-week introductory session you the basics of Tai Chi, a form of traditional Chinese medicine that balances the forces of Yin & Yang though gentle movements to promote wellness, better balance, reduce stress & optimize overall health.
