Nordic Trekking - Wednesdays 8:45 a.m.                                                                                   We will walk the trails and scenic roads of Oldfield using Nordic walking poles. Benefits when using these poles include burn up to 40% more calories than just walking, reduce stress on joints, is a total body workout and helps to improve range of motion through stability and mobility among other benefits.

 

Sculpt & Strength – Mondays 8:30 a.m. & 5:30p.m.  /  Wednesdays 5:30 p.m.

Start your week off right with this 45 minute Sculpt and Strength class. Class concentrates on core, strength training, sculpting and definition. All ages and abilities welcome, plenty of modifiers

 

Balanced Body Restorative Yoga – Mondays 9:30 a.m. / Wednesdays 9:30 a.m.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes and use the ANUSARA Principles of Yoga: Blending muscular and organic energy for alignment of mind and body and connecting strength, balance and flexibility while allowing the release of muscular tensions.

Tabata – Tuesdays 8:30 a.m.

This is a high Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training. We will use intervals consisting of 20 seconds performing specifically chosen exercises at an ultra high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Experience short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp's training that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost.

 

 

Booty Barre – Tuesdays 9a.m. / Wednesdays 8:30 a.m.

Bootybarre® is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level

 

 

ESP (Endurance, strength & power)  Tuesdays / Thursdays 10:30 a.m.

Interval Circuit Training. Join us for a 45 circuit class where you’ll experience a total body work-out. We will perform Cardio, upper and lower body exercises on the BIG machines, mats and small hand weights.  Timed circuits and stations create an easy flow that’s functional and friendly

 

 

Restorative Yoga – Fridays 8:30 a.m.

Applying the time honored traditions of yoga focusing on muscular & joint pain relief while strengthening core/body & spirit. No experience required. * Fee based class please see instructor .  To register contact Janet Lent @ 645-9030 or jmblent@aol.com

 

 

Cardio, Core, & Sculpt – Thursdays 8:30 a.m.                                                                                                                                    This class unites strength and sport influenced movements into one unique class. Combined with weights (you decide the strength) kettles, bars and bands, you’ll be challenged and inspired take it to the level you want you get what you put in

 

Stretch – Thursdays 9:30 a.m.                                                                                                                         This unsung hero of a class is back! Don’t forget that for every good move you perform , it all comes from stretching.  Prevent injuries, relieve tension and improve alignment in this Full-body class.

 

Yoga –Tuesdays 5:30p.m.  /  Thursdays 5:30 p.m.                                                                                                                           Fine tune your body and mind at the same time while stretching your way to improved health.  You couldn’t do anything better for yourself

 

Aqua Fit – Mondays 10:30 a.m. / Wednesdays 10:30 a.m.

A class for everyone, especially for those with joint ailments or injuries. Get fit with this fun yet challenging water workout. After a gentle warm-up you'll ease into the exercises using your own body weight and water resistance dumbbells. Class performed in Lagoon pool and weather permitting. Class may be substituted with ICT if bad weather is a factor.

 

Strength Training – Fridays 9:30 a.m.

This class will incorporate body weight, free weights, and resistance bands and offers many benefits. A few of those include; developing better body mechanics, help prevents chronic disease including osteoporosis, increase bone density and protects bone health and muscle mass. It event helps to increase metabolism to help manage weight gain. 

 

 

Mixed Bag of Tricks – Saturdays 9 a.m.

It’s Saturday and what better way to get your weekend started? Mixed bag of Tricks is anything and then some. MBT gives you core, strengthening, sculpting, muscle building, balance and cardio all in a different format every Saturday. Instructors vary each week and bring something different every time. Challenge yourself or stay in your comfort zone, every age and ability welcomed.
