Cardio/Musclemania - Monday 8 - 8:45 AM

This high intensity session will challenge your total body where we will work to build muscle and power using heavy resistance and low reps, while including mini HIIT sets to get that heart pumping and the blood flowing

Aqua Fit – Monday & Wednesday 10 AM
This class is for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries.  Get fit with this fun yet challenging water workout.  After a gentle warm-up, you'll ease into the exercises using your own body weight and water resistance dumbbells.  Class performed in the Lagoon pool or the Lap Pool, weather permitting.  


Bootybarre Fitness ® – Tuesday at 9 AM, Wednesday at 8:30 AM
Bootybarre® is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the entire body.  Booty Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.  We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well-structured class that can be modified for any fitness level.


Cardio, Core and Sculpt Thursday at 8:30 AM 
This class blends strength and sport influenced movements into one unique class.  Combined with weights (your choice), kettle balls, bars and bands you’ll be challenged and inspired to take it to the next level.  You get what you put in.

ESP (Endurance, Strength and Power) – Tuesday & Thursday at 10:30 AM
Join us for a 45 class where you’ll experience a total body work-out. We will perform low weigh, high reps, high weight low reps, and power moves. With intermittent cardio included, the upper and lower body will get worked while using various equipment. We will target all the major muscle groups.  


Mixed Bag of Tricks – Saturday at 9 AM
It’s Saturday and what better way to get your weekend started?  Mixed bag of Tricks is anything and then some.  MBT gives you core, strengthening, sculpting, muscle building, balance and cardio in a different format every Saturday.  Instructors vary each week and bring something different every time.  Challenge yourself or stay in your comfort zone, every age and ability welcome.

Nordic Trekking – Wednesday at 8:45 AM
Join us as we walk the trails and scenic roads of Oldfield using Nordic walking poles. Benefits using Nordic poles include: burn up to 40% more calories than just walking, improved range of motion through stability and mobility, a total body workout with reduced stress on joints.


Sculpt and Strength - Monday & Wednesday 5:30 PM
Start your week off right with this 45-minute Sculpt and Strength class.  Class concentrates on core, strength training, sculpting and definition.  All ages and abilities welcome, plenty of modifiers.


Strength Training Friday at 9:30 AM
This class incorporates body weight, free weights and resistance bands.  Benefits include; developing better body mechanics, preventing chronic disease including osteoporosis, protecting bone health and increasing bone density and muscle mass.  It also boosts metabolism to help manage weight gain.   All levels welcome and plenty of modifications for everyone.


Stretch - Thursdays at 9:30 AM

Don’t forget that every good move you perform, originates from stretching. Prevent injuries, relieve tension and improve alignment in this full-body class.

Tabata Tuesday - Tuesday 8:30 AM
This is a high-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training method.  Intervals consisting of 20 seconds performing specifically chosen exercises at an ultra-high intensity are followed by 10 seconds of rest.  Experience short interval workout based on Tabata Boot camp’s training that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost.  Modifications offered throughout the class.

Yoga – Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 PM
Fine tune your body and mind while stretching your way to improved health.  You couldn’t do anything better for yourself.

Restorative Yoga - Monday at 9 Am, Wednesday & Friday at 9:30 AM
Yoga has many health benefits, relieving muscular/joint pain and mental stress, even lowering blood pressure.  Strengthening the core enhances your balance and improves bone density.  Come and spend an hour to align your mind, breath and body.  No experience required.
